Mechanical Quantity Surveyor - Germany, Frankfurt - Permanent Contract

Are you a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Frankfurt on a permanent contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Mechanical Quantity Surveyor. With growth plans to almost double their already huge turnover, there could not be a better time to join!

What you'll do:
  • Oversee day-to-day commercial and surveying aspects of the project
  • Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and risk identification
  • Lead subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations
  • Produce and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
  • Support legal and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Extensive experience with a main contractor
  • Strong background in commercial build projects
  • Proficient in cost control, subcontractor management, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
