Mechanical Manager - Germany, Frankfurt - 12 Months Contract 

Are you a Mechanical Manager looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Frankfurt on an initial 12 month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Mechanical Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all mechanical engineering and installation activities across the project lifecycle—from design through commissioning.
  • Lead and mentor mechanical supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure high- quality execution.
  • Review and approve mechanical design packages, P&IDs, and technical submittals.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and internal quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including process, validation, QA/QC, and construction management.
  • Develop and manage mechanical budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Lead risk assessments, constructability reviews, and value engineering efforts.
  • Ensure mechanical systems are installed to support commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mechanical scope with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support the preparation of turnover documentation and as-built records.
Requirements:
  • Must have the ability to be based on site full time
  • Experience within major capex projects
  • Requires extensive experience in this level role or similar
