Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator - Ireland, Ballygar - 12 Month Contract 

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Acting as the client-side construction representative
  • Site Safety and the management of safety, including oversight on Pre-quals, manage RAMs & Permitting, supporting toolbox talks etc.
  • Project support, to be involved in Construction Planning within projects
  • Support BIM co-ordination, clash detection and maintaining as built status of models.
  • White Board meeting attendance, driving work and schedules  
  • Support Shutdowns including planning and execution, attendance for evening and weekend works where applicable.
  • Owning elements of the project – such as post PO, driving site setups and enabling contractors in their site startup.
  • Documentation Handovers – Walkdowns and handovers
  • Support periodic site shutdowns, weekends and evening included
Desirable Experience:
  • Requires strong, extensive experience in a similar function
  • Brownfield/greenfield project experience
