Learning and Development Business Analyst – 12 Month Contract – Essen – Up to €565 per day

We have an exciting new position available for Learning and Development Business Analyst for our client, an energy trading specialist operating in over 50 countries. The position is for a fixed term 12-month contract and is located in the vibrant German city of Essen.

Our client is a global leader in renewable energies on a clear course for growth, and this is an exciting time to join them on their journey as they operate closely at the pulse of the European energy industry.

Learning and Development Business Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Develop stakeholder communication roadmap to drive and anchor end-user relevant learning matters within project and organization.
  • Co-create stakeholder empathy map(s) with a community of Workplace Learning Advocates and other relevant business stakeholders based on stakeholder analysis results and define stakeholder communication needs.
  • Liaise with relevant business and communication departments to align communication roadmap(s) as well as channels and activities over a defined period of time
  • Design tailor-made communication templates and core messages for a community of Workplace Learning Advocates and other potential business stakeholders.
  • Create an appealing and motivating learning and development brand including value proposition that business users buy into.
  • Support in enabling and empowering a network of Workplace Learning Advocates to bring learning and development brand to life and boost brand awareness.
  • Regularly organise and participate in (virtual) exchange formats with Workplace Learning Advocates and relevant business stakeholders to get feedback on communication needs.
About you:
  • Completed university degree in HR / Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, Communications or another related field of study.
  • Practical experience in setting up and implementing complex communication roadmaps, creating value propositions and brand awareness, and designing suitable exchange formats.
  • Expertise in effectively establishing, utilising and managing a variety of communication channels to meet business needs, support two-way communication, create trusting relationships and encourage a positive and engaging mindset around Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Strong service, customer and target orientation, initiative, creativity and enthusiasm.
