Kneat SME / Technical Writer - North Carolina, United States - 6 Months Rolling Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Kneat SME / Technical Writer to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Design project control templates
  • As part of the KNEAT project support, new templates will be developed for project staging. The following templates will be developed:
    • Section Group Templates
    • Document Templates
    • Object Templates
  • Project Management structure requires “stage-gated” controls using a series of documents, plans, procedures and schedules.
  • Individual will develop the following activities
  • System configuration improvement initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of system improvements
  • Collaborate with other CQV Team members to develop test cases, assist with protocol generation
  • Workspace structure etc.
  • Also, see through approvals of the above initiatives in KNEAT.
  • Individual will provide KNEAT Technical Support that include the following
  • Technical Training(s)
  • Hyper-care for end user software usage and issues
  • Template administration
  • Key performance indicators as applicable
