Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented X to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Develops automated reporting tools and creates data summary insights using Excel to enhance data visibility and decision-making processes.
- Carries out audits of engineering deliverables to ensure data integrity, promptly flags discrepancies for resolution.
- Sends daily emails to system owners and managers to notify them of remaining signatures for system MCC.
- Leads various weekly engineering management stakeholder meetings between FDBN (Discipline Engineering, CQV, Doc. Control, and Turnover) as well as with Jacobs Engineering, Vendors, and Subcontractors ensuring that action items are tracked and completed.
- Develops workflows for project execution activities using Microsoft Visio to improve process efficiency.
- Prepares and delivers presentations to represent project dynamics effectively to stakeholders.
- Maintains and updates the Project SharePoint site to ensure current project information is easily accessible.
- Assists in authoring and reviewing project instructions, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Strong experience in Biopharmaceutical Projects.
- Experience with liaising with other departments and building PMs/leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and extensive experience OR master’s degree and 1 year of experience.
- Ability to keep work pace and meet deadlines. Good organizing and planning skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency communicating and collaborating at a variety of levels with clients, partner EPCMs, and subcontractors.
- Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Problem solver with a focus on achievement of overall project goals.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic knowledge of programming in VBA is preferred)
- Other computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
