HVAC Start-Up Lead - US, Ohio - 10 Month Contract 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HVAC Start-Up Lead to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead start-up of air handling units (AHUs), chillers, fans, coils, ductwork, and pumps.
  • Supervise vendors, controls technicians, and trades in daily start-up tasks.
  • Coordinate system performance testing, balancing, and documentation.
  • Resolve field issues, track progress, and escalate technical blockers.
  • Ensure safe start-up practices (JSA, LOTO, OSHA 10) and support system turnover.
 Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive HVAC start-up experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Familiar with BMS/BAS systems, TAB reports, and controls troubleshooting.
  • Greenfield and cleanroom/controlled environment experience preferred.
  • Excellent team coordination, vendor management, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
