Global Asset Manager - Chemical Process Equipment – Belgium – Contract – Pharmaceuticals

We are looking for an experienced Global Asset Manager for a fantastic 9 month contract based in Brussels.

You will be working with our client who are a global biopharmaceutical organisation committed to improving the lives of people afflicted with neurological and immunological disease.

Responsibilities:
  • They will need to evaluate plans and investments for asset replacement in the coming years.
  • Feasibility studies will be required to determine whether an asset should be changed.
  • Meanwhile, risk minimisation measures must be implemented.
  • They will collaborate with stakeholders to define investment strategies and action plans, ensuring that the site’s required budget is delivered (following specific governance procedures).
  • Develop and deploy Asset Management standards and processes in Campus and Sites
  • Develop and oversight gap assessment and performance monitoring program
  • Ensure technical support is provided for technical operations on all aspects of life cycle
  • Oversees the lifecycle performance of the chemical API equipment groups as DS production including reaction line, chiral separation line, recrystallization line, MCC, Grinder, Crystallizer, Pumps, solvent networks, all the equipment family that are used for a chemical facility.
  • An extension to the DP production equipment is an opportunity: mixing equipment, compression equipment, lamination equipment, visual inspection line, analytical equipment for IPC control
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate must be able to analyse technical data and present it clearly to management, defining and proposing a budget plan (without directly applying the project).
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a nice to have.
  • Experience in maintenance operations is an advantage.
  • Experience in asset management and risk management programs.
  • Experience in project/program management.
