Freeze Dryer SME - Pharmaceuticals - Denmark - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, a global healthcare company that specialises in diabetes care, are looking for a Freeze Dryer SME to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative diabetes medications.


Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Having at least five years of experience with execution of freeze drier projects or design of freeze driers
  • Understanding of inter-related design elements, regulations and guidelines, GEP, GMPs, and risk factors
  • Ability to execute the responsibilities described in ASTM E2500
  • In-depth understanding of the lyophilization process
  • Broad experience in equipment design
  • In-depth understanding of freeze driers, dimensioning of subsystems, utility consumptions, condenser capacity and other needy-greedy design details – and their impact on the process and the product
  • Have completed Freeze Drier projects in all project phases from BD through DD, DER/DQ, Construction, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and preferably also PQ.
  • Be able to challenge both end users and vendors in their requirements and design solutions
  • Be able to navigate and be heard as a specialist in a large cross-disciplinary project organisation in a major Greenfield project
