Filling SME - Belgium, Brussels - 6 Months Initial Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Filling SME  to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

What you'll do:
  • Line architecture (isolator, de‑nest/nest, checkweigh, stopper/cap feed, reject).
  • Throughput vs. batch size, buffering, and sampling strategy for clinical and small/rare disease lines.
  • Environmental controls (Grade A zones, pressure cascades) and EM inputs to HVAC; CCS alignment.
  • Integration of peristaltic pumps and component supply from wash/sterilisation; HMI/PCS/EMS interfaces.
  • URS for two fill lines and ancillaries
  • Layouts with zoning and flows; RDS inputs
  • Utility & HVAC load inputs; availability model based on cleaning/changeover
  • Validation strategy outline (FAT/SAT/IOQ split) 
What you'll need:
  • Requires extensive experience
  • Sterile fill‑finish with syringes/cartridges and isolator experience
  • Annex 1 readiness (zoning, EM, CCS)
  • No late layout changes due to overlooked flows or sampling needs
