Field Construction Engineer – Pharmaceuticals – Contract – Ohio

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Field Construction Engineer to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for participating as part of the Lilly team managing Site Node and General Conditions.
  • This work will include a great deal of tracking of project issues open items whether technical or commercial in nature serving as a focal point of status including driving open items to closure with the project team
  • Assist in the coordination of our team’s work along with the work of other firms on the Lebanon API campus.
  • Assist in the documentation of meetings, building permits, plans & specifications, project submittals and other documents related to administering the project.
  • Assist with reviewing work in place for quality and quantity verification.
  • Assist with reviewing design progress for quality and quantity verification.
  • Assisting the on-site Construction team with design or Constructability issues.
  • Attend relevant meetings to coordinate daily completion priorities.
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong problem-solving skills in project & program management along with being highly organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to interface with resources within Lilly and within project supplier organizations 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks within a timeframe.
