Electrical Start-Up Lead - US, Ohio - 10 Month Contract 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Electrical Start-Up Lead to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct the installation, inspection, testing, and startup of facility-wide electrical systems.
  • Supervise electrical vendors and craft labor, ensuring work is completed to plan and schedule.
  • Ensure safe energization and support system handover for validation and operations.
  • Manage and document testing, start-up procedures, and field issue resolution.
  • Apply LOTO, arc flash, and OSHA protocols throughout the process.
 Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive industrial electrical start-up experience.
  • Experience with electrical power distribution systems and controls integration.
  • Greenfield/life sciences experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA safety standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting, field coordination, and technical documentation experience.
