Electrical Engineer - Ireland, Roscommon - 11 Month Contract

An exciting project there is lots of opportunity to learn new technology and develop current skills within a fast paced €1 billion project. This fantastic client offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale environment with cutting edge technology.

Responsibilities include:
  • To support the engineering requirements through managing & liaising with key project stakeholders (client design team, main contractor, suppliers, sub-contractors, etc.).
  • Assisting in the execution of projects & providing guidance to ensure we are compliant to all relevant standards/codes and specifications associated.
  • This will include all site activities associated with validation and handover to the operations team.
  • Experience in assisting the design of the Electrical systems such as Instrumentation, Low Voltage Distribution, Motor control center’s (MCC’s), Lighting systems, Generators, UPS and Fire safety and Detection systems.
Key requirements include:
  • Requires relevant, extensive experience working in an Electrical Role
  • Good knowledge of the current electrical power and instrumentation systems
  • Assist with the design, development, testing and supervision of the manufacture/installation of the electrical equipment
  • Familiar with Project scheduling tools.
