Deviation Coordinator - Pharmaceuticals - Houston, Texas - 3-Month Contract 

Our client, a global Pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Deviation Coordinator to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility in the United States.


Responsibilities:
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Work collaboratively with staff and management to instill a 'Quality Culture' by coaching in the application of GMP Principles.
  • Compliance: Promptly notify Management of potential quality or regulatory issues that may affect product quality or regulatory compliance.
  • Operational Support: Manage the integration of downstream processes into new facilities, coordinating procurement, CQV, and startup activities to achieve seamless operational transitions.
  • Required Skills & Abilities: Facilitation skills with a proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Facilitation skills with a proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical writing skills and the ability to synthesize information from multiple SMEs into a clear, concise narrative.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and documentation used for operations and production activities.
  • Effective communication skills across organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to set personal performance goals and provide input to departmental objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Associates degree with 4 years of relevant experience; OR
  • High School / GED or technical school with 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of cGMP experience.
