CSA Construction Supervisor – Pharmaceuticals – 12 + Month Contract – Cork

This client produces, packs and distributes in a high-tech environment, drug substance and drug product medicines and more than 1 million injectable medicines are produced, packaged and distributed every day. This is a long-term contract located at their Cork site.  

CSA Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and construction of a major site capital project
• Responsible for field civil-structural and arch fit-out supervision and coordination with the EPCMV construction management.
• Provide updates to the Project Engineers and Construction Manager.
• Update day-to-day project business improvements.
• Resolve issues as they arise on site.

About you:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in Civil or Structural design and construction, with civil works contracts >25MM.
• Pharmaceutical/Biotech project experience
• Piling and Structural Steel experience.
• Experience in Architectural / Building fit-out including cleanrooms and laboratories.
• Experience in walkdown, snagging and handover.
• Experience working in large project teams.
• Experience of contractor supervision (large tier-1 contractors) including providing handover documentation.
