CQV Set to Work Engineer - US, North Carolina - 6-12 Months Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented CQV Set to Work Engineer to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Identifying pre-requisites
  • Executing LOTO and energization plans using master drawings
  • Supporting software download
  • Executing safe energization of power and utilities
  • Executing Loop Checks and supporting Calibrations as necessary
  • Executing motor rotation checks and other necessary pre-commissioning functional checks.
 Requirements:
  • Experience with lock out tag out
  • Experience with Process Support Equipment
  • Experience in doing P&ID’s
  • Knowledge of doing loop check and calibrations
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical or similar environment
