CQ Lead - Denmark, Copenhagen - 12 Month Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Planner to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage C&Q activities for facility systems including HVAC, BMS, Building Utilities, and Electrical systems.
  • Coordinate Mechanical Completions Line Walks, ensuring readiness for commissioning.
  • Oversee the development and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, MHRA).
  • Facilitate daily board meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Operations) to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Manage project documentation, including qualification reports, deviation logs, and risk assessments.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring systems are compliant and well-documented.
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
Skills and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or Life Sciences.
    Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Extensive experience in commissioning and qualification, preferably in biopharma or regulated industries.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and BMS design principles, and commissioning of building utilities and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GEP, FDA, and EU regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, communicate effectively, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
