Contracts Manager - France, Paris - 6 Months Initial Contract 

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

What you'll do:
  • Support the definition of the risk mitigation plan.
  • Participate in the development of contracting strategies.
  • Involve the cost control group and ensure the implementation of the cost control system, e.g., progress measurement, revaluation, bank guarantees, additional items, claims, cash flow, and credit notes.
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions and assist project management in preparing and conducting contract execution.
What you'll need:
  • Claims preparation (French)
  • Contract management plan Contract risk management plan Amendment and work order.
  • Monitoring of performance KPIs Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in developing and implementing contractual strategies that have produced measurable commercial results.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in projects and project management
