Construction Supervisor - Germany, Frankfurt - 12 Month Contract

Are you a Construction Supervisor looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Frankfurt on an initial 12 month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Construction Supervisor. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with design documents, timelines, and safety protocols.
  • Inspect work for compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, including FDA, EMA, and GMP regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow.
  • Monitor and document construction progress, including quality control checks and safety audits.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
  • Ensure proper installation of cleanroom systems, HVAC, piping, and process equipment specific to pharmaceutical environments.
  • Conduct punch list inspections and verify completion of corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective measures.
