Construction Specialist - Building Management Systems / IT - Germany - 18 Months Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in Germany. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Specialist - Building Management Systems / IT to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage the installation, configuration, and testing of BMS systems, including:
    • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) control systems
    • Lighting control systems
    • Security systems (access control, CCTV)
    • Fire alarm and suppression systems
    • Building automation systems
  • Possible oversight of the integration of IT infrastructure, including:
    • Network cabling and connectivity
    • Server and workstation installations
    • Data center setup and maintenance
    • Cybersecurity measures
  • Monitor progress against the project timeline and proactively address any potential delays or challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with BMS vendors, IT contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
