Construction QA/QC Manager - London - 12 months / open to perm

Our client is a leading construction delivery partner, growing to become one of the UK’s most successful privately owned contractors. They are leading the way with sustainable solutions, continuing controlled growth and expansion into new markets each year. They are currently seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager for their London based location.


Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections, audits and have conversations across the whole construction process and supply chain
  • Manage KPI’s & NCR’s
  • Manage the relationship with operational leads and other subcontractors onsite
  • Ensure package/project managers and subcontractors complete all packages in line with the QMP (quality management plan) and that all processes are followed
  • Ensure inspections are all complete

Requirements:
  • Construction experience
  • Data centre experience
  • Experience managing & implementing a quality management plan (QMP)
  • Ideally worked a Quality Manager/Quality Lead role on a DC project previously
