Construction QA Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Construction QA Manager to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the construction QA/QC function across all disciplines: civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, piping, and electrical.
- Supervise field QA inspectors and ensure consistency in inspection processes and documentation.
- Develop and implement the construction quality plan in alignment with project requirements and GMP standards.
- Drive NCR resolution and corrective actions, interfacing with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Review QA/QC documentation including test reports, weld maps, and turnover records for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee readiness for commissioning and support the CQV team through turnover.
- Extensive experience in construction QA/QC on large-scale capital projects.
- Proven experience in a QA/QC leadership role within a regulated (GMP/pharma/chemical) environment.
- Strong understanding of inspection standards, turnover documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with applicable construction codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
