Our client is currently seeking the skills of a Building Services Commissioning & Qualification Lead to join their team. Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. With their Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network growing rapidly, they are committed to growing their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide – and this is your opportunity to be involved!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Management of Building Services site commissioning and qualification team.
- Attend, twice weekly snag meetings, where resolution/mitigation will be agreed.
- Maintain a 6 week schedule look ahead, and if compromised, escalate to the C&Q director & Programme Director.
- Attend weekly workstream 1 / workstream 2 tier meetings and report into the C&Q and Programme Director of any formal escalations/issues.
- Manage internal Commissioning and Qualification Resource for Building/Services.
- Where applicable, provide additional support with review of main contractor issued draft FAT/SAT/Commissioning Protocols.
- Attend the main contractor commissioning meeting.
- Support review of main contractor issued executed FAT/SAT/Commissioning Protocols.
- Input into technical review/approval of qualification packs prior to operations handover.
- Input into technical generation/review/approval of C&Q protocols/reports –IQ, OQ
- Coordinate with Equipment C&Q Lead to manage system Independence's between building services and equipment/IT.
- Liaise with the quality qualification lead through the Qualification execution.
- Provide a highlevel weekly summary report to the leadership team with progress.
- Fluent French at technical detail
- Able to relay information in English
- On site presence (aspirationally 5D/week)
- In depth demonstrated experience of Building services start up, turnover and commissioning
- Initial duration 6 months
- Rate to be negotiated and agreed based on capability/experience
