C&Q Site Lead-Denmark, Copenhagen - 12 Months Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a C&Q Site Lead to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  •  The role of a Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Manager involves ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and qualification of equipment and systems at a project site.
  • This includes managing a project team, making operational decisions, and leading daily board meetings.
  • The C&Q Manager is responsible for conducting Mechanical Completions Line Walks, coordinating activities across the site, handling documentation, and clearing day-to-day roadblocks.
Desirable Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Experience with Mechanical Completions Line Walks and understanding of commissioning and qualification protocols.
  • Experience in leading daily board meetings and effectively communicating project status and issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field) is typically preferred.
  • Several years of experience in commissioning and qualification roles, preferably in a similar industry.
