BIM Manager - Digital Delivery Manager - Data Centre (Client Side) - Hybrid 

Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join their expanding Data Centre project team. The organisation is a dynamic and innovative real estate company, serving as both a developer and investor with a primary focus on logistics real estate. They are expanding their portfolio to include cutting-edge data centre development projects and are therefore seeking experienced data centre professionals. There are three locations available for this role: Paris, Amsterdam, or Frankfurt. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Project Information management: Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) up to the appointment of an external Lead Appointed Party and oversee the process thereafter, including document control, naming conventions, review workflows, and issue resolution.
  • Project Compliance: Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to ISO 19650 and management standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Fully understand and uphold  information management standards.
Requirements: 
  • Extensive experience in delivering international multi-disciplinary BIM projects, with practical experience as a Digital Delivery Manager, BIM Lead, or BIM Manager in the data centre industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interfacing with clients and BIM experts from international organisations.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 19650 and experience in delivering projects in accordance with this standard. Strong understanding of data management standards such as COBie, Uniclass, and Uniformat.
  • Proficiency in Common Data Environment platforms and processes, with practical experience in project delivery, including expertise with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) docs, built, and cost management modules.
  • Proficiency in authoring software, primarily Revit, and reviewing software such as Navisworks and/or Solibri.
  • Proficiency in M365 (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) with an understanding of data validation and data management principles.
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, ICT, security systems, and civil, structural, and architectural practices within data centres.
  • Professional and personable demeanor with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and presentations to both end customers and supply chain partners.
  • Fluency in English and French/Dutch/German, depending on the location.
