Automation C&Q Lead - US, North Carolina - Long Term Contract 

Our client, a globally recognized pioneer in Biotechnology, are recruiting for the position of Automation C&Q Lead. A leader in the industry, our client focuses on areas of high unmet medical need and leverages its expertise to stride for solutions. This is your chance to join them on their global mission to better the lives of those effected by disease and illness. The project at hand is for the construction of a new build biomanufacturing plant based located on the East Coast.

What you'll need:
  • Overseeing the development, execution, and reporting for automation throughout C&Q activities in accordance with the C&Q master plan,
  • User requirements specifications (URS), quality risk assessments for equipment and automated systems (QRAES), and engineering specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with the client’s engineering, operations, quality, and other supporting functions to ensure schedule is met
  • Deliver systems and equipment that are suitable to support manufacturing
What you'll do:
  • Requires extensive experience advising on Automation C&Q programs for large-scale construction projects, with experience on projects ranging from $100M to $400M.
  • Background in greenfield CAPEX projects, ideally with drug substance biologics or similar industries (non-Biologics / Pharma experience will NOT be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of automation plans and programs throughout equipment documentation and process design into implementation and project turnover.Experience with development, execution, and reporting of automation plans for C&Q activities.
