Program Admin Assistant - Pharma - Lebanon - 12-Month Contract 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Administrative Assistant  to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Lebanon, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with staffing agencies/suppliers about new contract personnel
  • Escorting non-Lilly personnel
  • Scheduling site-specific orientations
  • Providing site information (Directions, maps, contact info)
  • Providing IT information/Support (Submitting Service Now requests)
  • Badging/Security
  • Laptop orders/Software requests

 Key Requirements: 
  • Construction/CAPEX experience
  • 3+ years previous Administrative experience (also happy to take someone senior)
