To support our client’s continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Operations Team Lead in France.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Define logistics strategy and ensure alignment with data centre expansion and company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor multiple Team Leads and warehouse supervisors.
  • Drive automation and digitisation of warehouse and logistics processes (ERP, WMS, BI tools).
  • Act as the primary logistics escalation point for Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
What you’ll need:
  • Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain, or data center operations.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-site logistics teams.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of ERP/WMS systems and international shipping processes.
