Shutdown Project Manager - Copenhagen - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a Shutdown Project Manager to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop shutdown scope with stakeholders (35%)
  • Develop a project portfolio for the shutdown (35%)
  • Provide support to the Lead Planner on schedules for the DSM shutdown (25%)
  • Prepare the shutdown activities, vendor contracts and budget
  • Manage shutdown execution
  • Ensuring that project schedules conform to the Change Control Process, in terms of liaison, communication and calculation of change notes and change order (15%).
  • Assure that project plans are regularly updated and within levels of certainty to allow effective monitoring, forecasting and control (25%).

Requirements:
  • Min 5 years of solid technical background and experience with utility systems; 
  • Experience in shutdown and maintenance;
  • Pharma experience a pre, not a requirement; 
  • Some alignment with current business is preferred;
