Responsible to the nominated Project Director for the delivery of the project, specific duties to include:
- Reporting directly to the Project Director.
- Responsible for health, safety and environmental compliance and alignment with our client
- KPIs.
- Provide leadership and management to the project team.
- Manage the production of the project requirements in accordance with the Project Execution Plan.
- Ensure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits as defined in the Project Execution Plan and manage the work in accordance with the project baseline schedule.
- Make certain the project is on time and to budget and manage project risks.
- Maintain quality standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the change management process whilst working within authorised limits.

- Ensure project assurance maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Overall schedule and progress reporting in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Routine stakeholder liaison and point of contact for our client.
- Management and coordination of information flow from design teams.
- Agreement of final subcontracts prior to award.
- Communication and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Support delivery of mentorship programme.
Requirements:
- Experience within Battery Storage or similar projects (industrial) circa £70m projects
- Leading the project time management across similar projects
- Direct responsibility for budget c. 80m+ Responsible for budget management – commercially astute
- Engineering background preferable
- Strong and recognisable leadership skills
- Able to demonstrate getting maximum value from projects in the development and delivery phases
