We're representing a top-tier global pharmaceutical company situated in multiple locations in and around Germany. With significant capital investment and numerous ongoing projects, our client seeks a skilled Scheduler to strengthen their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and scheduling of project plans that will meet the project’s objectives through the Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification phases
- Quickly mobilise resources based on project needs and stakeholder feedback.
- Develop a mobilisation plan for resources, ensuring all required personnel are available and prepared.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure all project activities are aligned.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
- Prepare and submit detailed project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including any changes to the project scope.
- Provide monthly reports on spend to date vs. overall budget.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Extensive experience in scheduling and project management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, particularly in parenteral manufacturing.
- Skills:
- Proficient in project scheduling software Primavera P6.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to quickly mobilise resources and develop comprehensive schedules.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CAPEX projects and operational readiness in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-phase projects.
