We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our family-owned business, across all our division and be part of our Team to work towards our goals and success together! 

As a Business Winning Sales Consultant you will be focusing on generating new requirements and building long lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Working closely together with our experienced Delivery Team to fulfil these requirements. 

The role & responsibilities:

• Generate new business contract opportunities
• Having generated requests for contract staff the Sales Consultant is responsible for the search and selection of suitable candidates, either alone or in conjunction with a Recruiter appointed to the assignment.
• Undertake searches on the company’s database and contact suitable candidates to discuss opportunities
• Prepare and send CV’s to clients, arrange interviews, including the provision of travel information where appropriate
• Creation of necessary contract documentation and associated information
• Working closely with the Contracts & Compliance Team in matters relating to tax and social costs if the contract placement is non-UK
• Complete offer calls to candidate and monthly candidate care calls if necessary
