QAV Reviewer - Pharmaceuticals - Wiltshire - 4-Month Contract

Would you like to work for one of the largest CMO’s in the world? Well look no further as we may have the opportunity for you! We are seeking a QAV Reviewer to join a global pharmaceutical company located in the South West UK for an initial 4 month duration.

A fast paced and exciting environment which is seeing a lot of internal investment currently this is the chance to get involved with a global client who is going from strength to strength.

With a number of exciting refurbishment projects in the pipeline this is a great chance to be involved in the full project lifecycle with the opportunity to move into other projects and areas of the business.


Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Acted as Quality Assurance reviewer and approver of all Commissioning and Qualification Validation documentation for new manufacturing equipment. Supported multi-functional System Risk Assessment reviews to determine system impacts. Documents approved included FAT, SAT, URS, DQ, IOQ/PQ, SRA) to support facility commissioning and qualification. Attended design meetings prior to FAT. Attended virtual FAT’s of bulk manufacturing equipment.
  • Involved with deviation and CAPA reviews, resolution and approvals related to validation. Quality Approver of area specific Project Change Controls. Ensured implementation of the project against regulatory and corporate QMS Standards.
  • QA lead for support systems including Facilities monitoring systems (FMS), QC method technical transfers, IT Infrastructure and utilities.
  • QA lead on all automation activities related to bulk manufacture. QA reviewer and approver on all software related documentation including Software design specifications, recipe design specifications, FAT testing, SAT testing.
