Project Services - Risk Manager - 12 months initially

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a Project Services person to join their new and exciting large-scale CAPEX investment programme. With a mission to provide process development and cGMP production in cell culture, microbial fermentation, and gene therapies, this is an outstanding opportunity make a genuine contribution to the biopharmaceutical industry.


Role Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive risk register and risk profile for the project
  • Facilitate and work with a range of companies and stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritise threats and opportunities
  • Assist with the identification, development and assessment of proactive threat mitigation and opportunity exploitation
  • Proactively manage and coordinate mitigative and preventive actions among project participants
  • Facilitate risk workshops and meetings
  • Produce and present fit for purpose risk reports to support effective communication of threat and opportunity status and required senior management action at project and program level
  • Spread awareness and promote engagement in risk management within the project
  • Understand and formulate the major risks that the project is exposed to
  • Collecting and summarising them in a risk grid which is reported to project and program mgmt.
  • Spreading awareness and engage conversations around risk management in the project
  • Managing and coordinating mitigative and preventive actions among project participants
  • Broad understanding of project controls methodology and risk management interactions
  • Based on-site full time
