Project Construction Manager - Energy from Waste - Remote

Responsibilities:

• Establish the erection plan for the relevant project so that it can be executed to the satisfaction of the customer, taking HSE, quality, time, and cost into account
• Support the site personnel to achieve the work package objectives
• Develop and implement concepts for erection (sequence, appointments, and coordination with other parties)
• Professionally supervises construction sites
• Specify and procure installation package and tools in cooperation with the Site Manager
• Source third party personnel for the site and conclude the contract (purchase order)
• Regularly report to the Project Director
• Identify deviations and risks and act proactively and fast, in coordination with the Project Director
• Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience of plant erection, preferably of large industrial plants
• Experience of site management and erection planning, using the relevant tools
• Managing several people with various tasks within a subject area
• Can establish high-level planning, based on analysis
• Based on own experience, can identify complex, multilevel problems early and choose solutions, including in a work environment in which not all necessary information is available
• Possesses the commercial skill to implement decisions in own field of activity
• Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications
• User-level knowledge of PIRS and SAP
• Valid SCC training certificate (security certification for Contractors)
• IOSH certified
