Process Lead - Pharmaceuticals - Copenhagen - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a Process Lead to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead team meetings ensuring successful teamwork planning and performance, manage minor group of users and responsible engineers.
  • Support General Contractor in development Design supervision/guidance/review
  • Contribute/join the contract management process, with the General Contractor, evaluating progress, change orders, supply chain challenges, commercial opportunities
  • Participate and report all scope changes or trends that may cause an impact to the work package
  • Manage Client internal team meetings
  • Manage and evaluate status reports regarding design and construction progress
  • Participate in project meetings managed by General Contractor, Sub Contractors
  • Installation supervision and collaboration with Client’s commissioning team
  • Lead and drive the CU, CIP & piping east Work Packages with your team and engineering partners
  • Ensure good collaboration and stakeholder management towards suppliers, engineering partners and your team internally based on your leadership and communication skills.
  • Ensure timely deliverables from all parties in collaboration with engineering partner.
  • In collaboration with our engineering partner and procurement management team perform contract management versus suppliers to ensure scope, time, and economy are on track.

Requirements:
  • +10 years of experience from large pharma projects, preferably as upstream project manager, upstream design lead, work package owner or similar positions
  • +5 years of experience from working on the client site
  • Experience from Denmark is preferred, but not a need
  • High level of communication and collaboration skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English
