CQV Simple Direct Impact Process Support Equipment and No Impact Equipment Engineers wanted. Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented CQV Engineer to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.
Responsibilities and requirements:
- CQV support for all Simple Direct Impact Process Support Equipment and No Impact Equipment for all Buildings. Work with equipment and area owners from initial design, procurement, qualification (if required) to final Handover.
- Liaise with Jacobs or applicable sub-contractors and/or vendors in relation to construction/delivery readiness and a schedule for all Simple Direct Impact Process Support Equipment and No Impact Equipment.
- Involved in field walkdowns for all systems, vendor onboardings and scheduling of test execution.
- Involved in CQV review, in relation to review and approval of all Vendor and Contractor Turnover Packages within the Simple Direct Impact Process Support Equipment and No Impact Equipment.
- Liaise with CQV SWAT Team in relation to punchlist closure both pre-M/C and during the CQV execution phase for all Simple Direct Impact Process Support Equipment and No Impact Equipment.
- Liaise with CQV PM and Lead Scheduler in relation to schedule creation and management for all Systems within scope, ensuring all correct predecessors and successors are in place.
- Ensure Installation and Commissioning readiness of all equipment in scope to support Equipment Start-up, applicable IOQ Testing and area release.
- Involved in PSSR/STW field execution and work with CQV Team through Start-up exercise in a safe and controlled manner.
- Work with EIDA SMEs and ensure full traceability at all times for all systems.
- Work with all Project Groups (Design/CM/CQV/Automation/Process/SMEs/Ops/Maintenance/PMs) to ensure all Simple Direct Impact Process Support Equipment and No Impact Equipment Systems are managed appropriately for the entire Project Lifecycle.
- Work with CQV Document Generation Lead in relation to generation and approval of; DQ/Design Reviews/SLIA/Test Matrices/Risk Assessments/QA Vendor Assessments/FAT/SAT/CTP/IOQ Protocols, as required.
- Involved in execution of all Simple Direct Impact Process Support Equipment and No Impact Equipment CQV deliverables; FAT/SAT/IOQ/No Impact Checklist
