Contracts Manager - Data centres - Milan - 12-Month Contract 

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of an Contracts Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  


Responsibilities:
  • Manage all contracts related issues on site
  • Work to FIDIC standards (yellow and green book)
  • Engage with general contractors, design and other project contributors
  • Report into Director of Construction

Requirements: 
  • FIDIC contract management background
  • Site compliance experience
  • Large scale multi-million dollar construction project experience
  • Strong communication skills (English mandatory and Italian a bonus)
  • Ability to live and work in Italy
  • Civil engineering background
