Buyer – Pharmaceuticals – 12 Month Contract – Chicago

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Buyer to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Chicago, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Buyer Responsibilities:
  • Create product reports and gather data 
  • Write up meeting notes
  • Help put together presentations
  • Enter information into SAP Arbia 
  • Review proposals and understand the contents
  • Process POs and ensure justification is confirmed
  • Working with new suppliers to complete onboarding requirements
  • Complete new supplier onboarding
  • Tracking information and procurement processes
  • Gather information for audits
  • Provide data for reporting i.e cost saving analysis  
About you:
  • Capital project experience (beneficial)
  • Perform well under pressure
  • IT knowledge, good with MS Projects, PowerPoint, Sharepoint
